Liz Pike | MANAGING DIRECTOR

Liz Pike is Managing Director at the Phoenix office of Green Rhino Recruitment. She focuses her recruitment practice in the area of payment processing, working with banks, acquirers, processors, payment facilitators, software companies and merchants to address recruitment and business-related challenges in the payments space.

Liz has a strong understanding of the payments ecosystem, players, and technology and has deep relationships in the payments space. She has worked with top Acquirers and fintech companies on full life-cycle recruitment, recruiter training and management and vendor management.

Green Rhino Recruitment is a member of ETA and Liz has attended and speaks at regional shows in addition to Transact. Liz is very involved with Wnet -a nonprofit focused on promoting inclusion and diversity in the payments space, and is a current Wnet Board Member. She also advises major international and domestic corporations on recruiting and talent acquisition best practices in the payments and fintech space.

Adrienne Clark White | recruiter

Adrienne is based out of Green Rhino’s Atlanta office. Her career has been in payments -focused on Sales with First Data, and quickly moving up to Director level, managing teams of 60+ and working with Enterprise Merchant accounts. Adrienne works closely with payments clients and candidates, utilizing her experience to help them find the best fit for their recruitment needs
